The Customer Experience (CX) Africa summit is an initiative designed to create more awareness about customer experience and the role it can play in transforming the business landscape in Africa.



It is a platform for business leaders, business managers, and business owners to connect, learn, evolve and transform while growing their businesses across Africa, one customer experience at a time.



Comprising of CX Africa awards, keynote speeches, lectures, panel discussions, free masterclasses, virtual networking opportunities, product/service exhibitions,
our connected goal is to help businesses increase their customer profitability through effective customer experience management.



The Customer Experience (CX) Africa Summit 2022 edition is scheduled to hold as an online conference from 5th to 7th July with a representation of speakers from across Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Africa. The summit topics will focus on the different aspects of experience management across the top 5 most patronized different sectors in Africa.

Great educational experience. Excellent sessions, challenging, and thought-provoking. Very systematic, organized, and insightful.

What did you like best about the event?

The event is packed with known facts and details to aid understanding of customer experience and also provides practical steps to help businesses increase their customer profitability through effective customer experience management. The keynote Facilitators are well-experienced in customer experiences and this is exhibited in their speeches and lectures.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

I would personally love for the event planners to create a community of attendees whereby attendees can connect and network after attending the event.

What did you like best about the event?

I love the constant email reminder by the organizers, it gives minimal room to miss out.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

The organizers should adopt Issuing of Certificates to attendees and Speakers, I think this was done last year, it will be awesome to re-introduce this.

All the speakers were quite awesome and impactful, however, Oremeyi session was my favorite

Questions were answered very quickly. It was organized well and the chat was monitored so people got answers fast

I was hoping to hear more speakers. Or some kind of networking for the attendees that are not happening with virtual events
