Very good organization for us as speakers. It works really well, somewhat complex manipulation of the platform at times. But as we have a good on boarding session that works and it's of course, super that there's a lot of participants and I had 170 people in my session, which is simply fantastic. So the event works and I participated in the past years and will in the future.

The event works really well for us as speakers.
What did you like best about the event?
There are many participants and great content - why the hell does my response have a minimum length?
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
This survey is really bad - first voice, than the same all over again in the questions, and minimum answer lengths. An absolute no-no, as some of us speakers have even presented.

You can still make some adjustments when it comes to timekeeping. Sometimes, you don't get to the next event straight away.

What did you like best about the event?
As a participant in the CX Dialog 2024, I was particularly impressed by the practical insights and the opportunity to exchange ideas directly with leading experts and other participants. The discussions about successful CX strategies and the latest technological developments provided valuable learning opportunities. The interactive design of the event promoted the exchange of experiences and ideas, which was a clear highlight for me.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Integrating feedback sessions at the end of the day would be helpful in adapting the program even more to the target group in the future.
