I thought the event was well constructed & the topics were interesting.
What did you like best about the event?
The speakers were very accessible and open to questions from the crowd. Everything stayed on track and was well coordinated.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Do a few more intermittent, structured breakouts. I know we did one initially, but it would be nice for folks who showed up late.

Great experience, and I would attend another one!
What did you like best about the event?
Connecting with people who have walked a similar CX path and insights from vendors and experts.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The windowless rooms were pretty dreadful when it was 75 and sunny outside. "Beach parties" felt sort of silly and more flexibility around meeting venues would have made a big difference. Also, the hotel was horribly old-school and really needed to be updated!

Ironically, Oklahoma basketball CX leader was the best
