Great networking event

What did you like best about the event?

Networking discussions with clients and vendors were the best part. Already looking forward to next year!

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

I didn’t know where to go on the day. Email communications could have been clearer.

Well organised and very social conference

What did you like best about the event?

Good interactions between attendees and vendors. Sometimes attendees are very reluctant to approach vendors and don't understand we are there to educate them on solutions that can help their business. It is important to explain that to attendees.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

The venue layout made things a little awkward for some vendors. Concreate pillars were in awkward places and a section was less travelled by attendees due to the layout.

Fantastic, I really enjoyed the event. The mix of speakers was spot on.

What did you like best about the event?

I liked the level of the content provided. It was less marketing content (which I come across at some conferences) and more useful insights and product information.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

It would be awesome to be able to receive some of the content/slides that were covered during the day so that I can refer back to them at a later date. Otherwise, I couldn't find fault in the experience.

My favorite session of the day had to be the customer panel session, where we got to hear from Genesys customers on how they've used the platform to transform their CX.
