Speakers, panelists and host were very engaging . great content, fresh and upbeat conference.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Improve vegetarian food offerings; give out freebies to random audience members , continue the great speakers that were there.

This was my first time attending NGPX and it was a great experience.
What did you like best about the event?
What I liked best about the conference --too many to limit to one-- it was close (within a short flight), small enough to get to know colleagues with like issues, stories and solutions. Loved the location.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Nothing comes to mind at this time.

All the speakers were great. The one that stands out is Adrienne Boissy and her top 10 must do list

Some of the sponsored speakers (for products) were not as engaging. It was clear they were marketing and not near as engaging and explaining their experience/improvement.

Incredibly helpful and insightful.

The content was very timely, covered many areas of patient experience (including DE&I) and was presented by a diverse group of talented speakers
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would have been nice to have the presentation PDFs at the time of the conference to refer to - take notes on, etc.

I really liked the "Rethinking Patient Experience: Mayo Clinic's Journey" because it shared not only theoretical but tactical resources/ideas.

It was my first time, and I found it to be valuable.

Interacting with potential partners and the focus on compassion.

More encouragement or facilitating of engaging the vendors more. There was really no incentive or intros to each vendor, and we had to really strong arm people to visit our booth.

This was the first ever for me, I learned about about Patient Experience and made wonderful new contacts.
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed listening to all the speakers, I love their message regarding patient experience not for patient, but for hospital staff as well.

Panel discussions and roundtables

Thread health equity topic through out the conference. A little bag or notebook for notes would be helpful. Maybe start 30-60 mins later each day and breaks in between. Great job!
