Pulse is an amazing conference. I've had the good fortune to be at every single Pulse conference since the very first one in 2013. And the Gains Site team continues to raise the bar every single year by incorporating incredible presenters, amazing content tracks and always bringing the fun and bringing that into the mix. So I always highly recommend the Pulse conference to anybody in the customer success or even product profession as it is the world's largest gathering of customer success professionals along with product leaders. and it's an absolute blast.

Gas site pulse was an amazing experience connecting with other customer success leaders across the industry. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the emerging trends that people are seeing across their organizations and the industry at large. And it was awesome to connect with people after COVID and really get that human personal connection. Also, the puppies were amazing. So bring the puppy booth back. We want that.

I found that Gains Site pulse was a perfect mix of content, networking and fun. They seem to have really figured out how to make an event, engaging and memorable. I also like the the genuine enthusiasm of the Gains Site executive leadership team. It was clear from the main stage keynote sessions that they really believe in what they do. They walk the talk in terms of their goal of, you know, succeeding at business while maintaining a human first approach to everything they do. It just was a great, feel good event and I learned a ton there from other CS practitioners like myself. So all around it was uh out of the park kind of grand slam event. I'd go again in a heartbeat.

It was incredibly moving to be around like-minded folks all in one space! The hoops that the events committee had to go through to make this event possible must have been insane. Thank you for making it fun and keeping us all safe!
What did you like best about the event?
I was a big fan of the energy all around even on the last day - esp a fan of force that is Nick Mehta!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I don’t have anything here. Although I was only able to attend a half-day. Was so fun!

Overall, I thought that Pulse was a good conference. My role at my company is as an individual contributor, so I found that most sessions were geared toward leaders.
What did you like best about the event?
The length of the sessions was perfect. enjoyed having the questions up on the screen so that I could read along.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More food options, water stations. More sessions for individual contributor roles.

Gainsight Pulse was amazing!
What did you like best about the event?
The human interaction and the ability to connect with other Customer Success leaders were incredible. Cannot wait for next year!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
From a speaker's perspective, the slides were too small on the monitor, which made it difficult to see and know how to stay on track. I also wish we had done a microphone check ahead of time.

Pulse is the largest gathering of Customer Success Professionals in the world.
What did you like best about the event?
Gainsight always puts on an amazing conference. They work very hard to include amazing speakers covering great topics and they always include some fun!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
In 2022, the number of tracks seemed outsized for the number of attendees. This left many presentations with near-empty rooms. The content was still great but it's a different experience where there are 10 people in the room as opposed to 250. Also, the food options at lunch could be upgraded to accommodate more diet restrictions. I am vegan and had to adapt to the vegetarian option. It seemed like there were either meat-filled lunches or vegetarian lunches.

Great way to see what other CS orgs and professionals are doing
What did you like best about the event?
My favorite part of the event was getting to hear from and interact with different CS and CS Ops professionals at different stages of organizational maturity to describe what they're working on and what has worked well (and not) for them.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Keynote sessions could have been shorter and more engaging. Day 2 opening keynote could have been lighter on the demos.

First conference in awhile -- overall good
What did you like best about the event?
I liked Gainsight's creativity with fun little surprises like Nick's closing keynote with his mother.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
12 tracks was a lot and I would say the majority that I attended were very high level with far fewer tactical takeaways than I've been able to get from previous Pulse events.

What did you like best about the event?
Community for sure. I loved the ability to meet with other customers . The roundtables talking through challenges was fabulous.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Add more of a technical track. I think we all know the why. I need help with the How.

Gainsight Pulse - a must-attend event for any CS practitioner.
What did you like best about the event?
A perfect mix of content, networking and fun. Great content for anyone - whether you are just starting your CS journey or are an experienced CS practitioner. There is something for everyone.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think this event could have a 2.5- or 3-day pattern. There is certainly enough content, and I found that often I had to choose between two equally relevant sessions in the same timeslot.
