Great networking experience!

What did you like best about the event?

Really appreciated the time in the exposition hall that allowed for face to face meetings with the attendees.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Some of the subjects such as 'Refrigerants' were repeated from prior years. Also, an additional day of retailer face to face time would have been better.

A great venue & positive networking experience!

What did you like best about the event?

As a first-time attendee, I was truly impressed by the wide range of topics and the high-quality speakers who demonstrated deep expertise in their fields.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

For my needs, many of the talks were either too narrowly focused or too general. There was one session that came across as individual company promotions rather than an engaging panel discussion.
