Good overall experience. Some back and forth between members of the team to get everything organized but that's to be expected. Having organized meetings is better for everyone. Not only does it reduce the headaches of trying to actually get a meeting but it makes it smoother and anticipated.
What did you like best about the event?
That the meetings were with relevant companies and that the meetings are arranged instead of trying to find companies to see if they're interested.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More companies joining and an easier time to manage/ track meetings booked and to be booked.

My experience was mostly meeting with vendors, I was unable to attend any of the other opportunities.
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the event potential, I was unfortunately unable to attend what I had hoped due to timing and lack of clarity.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Scheduling time on calendars for keynote as well, I was most excited to see the keynote and missed it because of scheduling issues. I think overall I was unclear about each event. I wasn't able to make the daily meetings marked on my calendar due to conflicts and deprioritization. I feel if I would've known more information on each day and each set up, I would've been able to better prioritize and attend.

It was a great learning experience for me to understand more about the type of events that Future Stores run.
What did you like best about the event?
The variety of speakers was great. The content that I absorbed was interesting and had varied topics.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It isn't obvious if I am able to watch the sessions on catch up? If I had received an email about it I don't think it's been promoted heavily enough as for me being in a different time zone meant there were some sessions I wasn't able to join in for and it would be good to know that I could revist them if needed.

I wish I had been given an agenda ahead of the event in my emails as unfortunately I cannot remember the specific names of the speakers or sessions to rely this information.
