The topics and the thought leaders speakers - I personally enjoyed the sessions talking about improving experience in store as well even though the pandemic progresses. I also liked being able to return to the youtube page and rewatch content.

Sometimes there were too much content in the emails - more TLDRs on the events could have had me more engaged.
