Everyone I spoke to whether it was partners, other vendors, retailers, new faces, old faces, everyone valued that face to face so much, especially in our ecosystem here in Oz those face to face interactions, the in person relationships are really what drive things and move the needle. And I'm really glad that face to face is back and hopefully here to stay.

I thought online retailer 2022 was a phenomenal experience after not being able to be in person for a couple of years, I felt that energy was amazing. The list of attendees, speakers, representatives, everything across the board to how the couple of days was organized to who was in attendance and you got to mingle and network with was just so well done. I was very impressed with the booths from all of the vendors as well as the content of each panel.

I feel there was a fantastic breadth of speakers this year. On the whole though, it was a great show
What did you like best about the event?
great breadth of speakers the women in retail panel/lunch was fantastic. I would have loved the ability to have more networking after this, but instead everyone has to race off to sessions
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I do feel the Aus Post Retail Foundation stage missed out on some marketing as it wasn't included in the conference agenda. It should be included as just another stream to ensure awareness. Having a visible run board of the daily sessions at the entrance of the stage would have also been helpful. This should be factored into the design as when I asked about it, they said there was no room and it was hidden around the corner, of which no one noticed. This is an important opportunity for SMBs to attend Online Retailer and more promotion really is needed. Improving the app where people can ask for notifications about nominated sessions would also be useful.

The event was ok, sadly the Audio on all stages was really bad and we could not understand the presenters/speaker( I was a speaker myself)
What did you like best about the event?
The Exhibition hall was impressive. food was good, and the Gala was great. that it.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The stages look and the audio we couldn't hear anything.

Fantastic event, very well run.

Always brings out the best people in the industry , so there are some terrific connections.

A great expo with wide range of vendors - Great Fun
What did you like best about the event?
Firstly the ICC is always a great location for Expo's. So easy to get to and everything was set up great for this Expo.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Vendors for packaging were not there in great numbers - would have been good to see a larger range of these companies showcasing packaging options.

F2F, forever!
What did you like best about the event?
Big space to accommodate everyone that a retailer would want in the room. Good layout for speaking areas.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The little café in front of the hall was too basic. For anyone not getting delegated food, there was nothing decent around unless you go for a big walk.

Online Retailer 2022 was so well-organized, the energy across the two days amazing, and the caliber of content and speakers interesting.
What did you like best about the event?
The best part of the event was the speaker panels and the energy in the expo area.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be great to have more clarity on where each speaker room was and where the meet-the-speaker area was.
