Found the event very interesting and straight forward to navigate. Great attendees for building relationships & interesting speakers.

The chat function was really easy to use.

Some of the text was grey on a navy background which was quite hard to read.

Many interesting conferences over one day, possible to hop in and out, good material sent around - I definitely got some useful insights

Great conference
What did you like best about the event?
Good panel of speakers, interesting insights about what is going with worldwide logistics/ delivery and on what are the future trends.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Whilst attending online, between sessions where was some time to fill, the Metapack videos became repetitive.

It was great to see a lot of different people from all sections of the eCommerce.
What did you like best about the event?
I like all the facts of the benchmark report and the future steps for the eCommerce business.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
A better booth presentation of the partners. A Youtube video is nice. But sometimes too long.

An interesting event, with several inspiring speakers and topics on cross border logistics.
What did you like best about the event?
I especially liked the set up of the event (the way it was presented, as if it was a real event).
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
You have to click through to the main stage when entering. That could cause confusion. The sound was also very low.

Good content but miss the networking.

Most of the topics were relevant and short to the point. Some could have been better used as switched of on them
