    It was welcoming and informative.
    What did you like best about the event?
    I truly liked the workshops and the ice breaker events with the cups. It helped break-up the lecture sessions.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    It may be interesting to have a "problem/solution" board set-up somewhere at the event. This is where people put their biggest communication problems on a board and other attendees can provide how they may have solved/are solving that issue. For example, one of the attendees mentioned that ESG has become a polarizing term so they call their ESG report a community responsibility report (or something like that). This may provide others with ideas on how to handle similar issues they may have encountered. This will also allow those who perhaps are less likely to discuss internal issues openly to do so in a somewhat anonymous way.

    What did you like best about the event?
    The way all sectors of the energy business (fossil fuels and renewables) can join on equal ground to discuss the importance of branding - to all.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Under the circumstances, they did an excellent job. I would like to work on your badges next year for two reasons: 1. The attendee names are very small and the conference name dominates. We all know what conference we're at. Let's use the badges to identify people quickly. 2. They need to be laminated - many people had their paper badges ripped, where the clip was supposed to hold.
