The exhibition itself was excellent, but the logistics around the event were very poor.
What did you like best about the event?
The exhibition stands were good, and there were good networking opportunities. It is just a shame that the logistics around the event are so poor.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It took me 40 minutes to check my bag into the cloakroom on Tuesday, and there was a 20-minute queue to retrieve my bag. The cloakroom experience needs more resources. The food area is poor, with very little seating. e U11 train service is very overcrowded - more trains should be laid on for the event.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The dining experience could be enhanced by introducing a pre-ordering app for lunch, allowing for convenient pickup when meals are ready.

I have good experience with a similar format from previous years, so I can experience all different types of companies from other halls.
What did you like best about the event?
The spread of different types of companies in different halls and not concentrating a group in certain areas allows the flow of people to be spread and continues to make it a big event.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Long queues formed at the entrances on odd occasions, and entrance machines were not working. Need to have someone there to guide people to queues rather than all pushing in.

The first day was overall very positive, impressive, and well-organized.

Cheerful atmosphere and good quality on the stands, including hospitality and approachability.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Faster Check-in Process at 9 a.m. on Day 1, Better Wifi for visitors, and Water stations to refill bottles.

Useful and intense
What did you like best about the event?
The fact that most of the companies are there means that in just 2-3 days, we can catch up with all counterparties and meet new ones.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More available tables to have meetings for, like the ones by the change forum, and maybe a settle bus from Dusseldorf to Messe Essen, since, unfortunately, the accommodation in Essen used to be complete.

It was fun, great, and full of contacts.
What did you like best about the event?
The contacts and the parties I was able to see many different companies that I didn't have on my radar.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It was great, but I think the name on the name tags should be bigger and have the first name and the company, too. FIRST NAME BIGGER on the tags.
