UFI Asia-Pacific Conference 2024

In 2023, the Asian exhibition industry finally got back to the business of organising events. Our exhibitions bounced back faster than most predicted. That is good news, but this does not mean that our industry does not still face adversity.

Many substantial challenges lay ahead. The climate crisis and the need for our industry to adopt sustainable best practices. AI and the radical change that it will bring to many industries. Changing customer demands and the need to attract new, young talent with different skills and capabilities.
Exhibitions are indeed back, but the days of easy growth may not return in the post-pandemic period. As an industry, we need to come together to overcome these challenges and to continue to grow and thrive in the years ahead.
