ahgz Hotel Congress 2024

After the great success of the German Hotel Congress, the top event of the ahgz and dfv Conference Group will take place on 8/9. April 2024 will take place for the third time in Germany's largest leisure and hotel park, Europa-Park in Rust .

On the 24th/25th In April 2023, around 600 participants met at the hotel industry meeting in Europa-Park. The focus of the German Hotel Congress was, among other things, the following questions: How has Germany as a hotel industry developed in the last few months? Which trends and drivers from the international hospitality industry can be adapted for the German market? Is there a balancing act between competitiveness and guest comfort with regard to the current price increases? What influence will ChatGPT, AI or Metaverse have on the communication of the future? What role will ESG measures play in the future? How can equal opportunities be achieved at all levels in the hotel industry and how should the hotel industry position itself as an attractive employer? Answers to these etc. There were questions over two days, on 4 stages with 60 speakers .

In keeping with these topics, 54 partners & exhibitors presented their products and solutions for the hotel industry. The spectrum was wide-ranging: from F&B concepts and furnishings for all hotel areas to software and digital solutions that make life easier for hoteliers and guests.
