Was a concentrated good experience

What did you like best about the event?

It was useful to see the new trends and meet new providers. The best was the FIE organization.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Has a map of each pavilion in the mobile app to look for the providers or potential clients.

My experience with Fi Europe Paris

What did you like best about the event?

The diversity and international coverage from the world were amazing. It was impressive to see all corners of the food market represented.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

It was a big event, and the organizers did a great job. The only time we had any problems was a long line when everyone was getting their coats, but again they were working hard so it was a long line but everyone was moving quickly.

I really enjoyed many of the speakers in the sustainability hub.

Great event, with great opportunities to exchange with main players and get informed about new trends.

What did you like best about the event?

Great participation from everywhere, and good feelings despite tough periods due to economics/geopolitical troubles.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Location venue and stand placement, FIE web portal, logistics, and internal services.

Found out about new ingredients that we can use in our products.

What did you like best about the event?

We came to explore the latest innovations in ingredients which we could use in our next products and the variety of suppliers was great - we ended up talking to companies of all sizes from startups to large suppliers and managed to discover some ingredients with a high potential that we did not know about. That means that it was a success for us.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

The speaker sessions were difficult to find in such large halls. We wanted to listen to some of the speakers, but at the same time, we wanted to get to talk to as many suppliers as possible, which made us not join any of the speaker sessions anymore. Maybe the sessions could be after/before the exhibitions are closed.

Very positive, I met new potential suppliers for my job.

What did you like best about the event?

What I preferred most was the presence of companies from all over the world and the possibility that the fire gave me to meet them.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Perhaps connecting the halls better, without the risk of having to go outside, was too dispersive.

It was great to see fresh new systemic perspectives on food.

What did you like best about the event?

It was great to see Sustainability as a priority in many talks finally. There was an excellent curation of organizations working systemically, like Solidaridad and Thought for Food. The women's networking breakfast was a great stage to hear on-ground perspectives of women in innovation.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

There weren't many gaps between different speaking sessions, making it hard to catch up as the distances between pavilions were huge. The signage wasn't as effective in finding the stalls.
