The event was well organized, and there were plenty of resources for speakers and presenters.
What did you like best about the event?
The location was great, and the layout worked well. I think it was easy to navigate for the attendees.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think it would have been very useful if all the sessions were recorded so that attendees would have access to the sessions that they could not attend in person due to conflicts, etc.

HITEC is back!
What did you like best about the event?
Many incredible exhibitors are doing interesting things to help hotels unify systems and improve CRM.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There's just too much happening in the four-day period, and it would be great if there were more afternoon concurrent sessions after the exhibition floor hours close.
