"NBJ Summit continues to be a good event to meet industry friends, connect, and learn about the latest in the nutrition sector."

The venue, the quality of foods served. Some of the presentations, presenters, and quality of information The venue layout - facilitated easy meetings with exhibitors and people wanting to meet. The organizer team-from Jen Taylor to her team including those at the reception table, etc. - their level of caring and attention when help was requested continues to be superb. The quality of executives attending the event - simply superb!

NBJ is the perfect blend of immersion and connection. It's a great place to connect with colleagues, get intro to new colleagues in kind of unstructured ways. And then of course, attend, you know, all the different speakers and learn just the newest trends and, and exciting insights about our industry. So, I do love NBJ and I always look forward to it next year. And obviously, the Rena Resort was a, was a beautiful environment for this. So, thank you.

Very good introduction to the USA market generally. Appreciated insights, market figures and the numerous networking opportunities.

What did you like best about the event?

Networking times - by far the highlight. Love the dinner in particular with round tables and shuffled seating.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Maybe introducing more science? In the presentation maybe having a session with academics presenting innovation. Also introducing a slight international flavor : What's going on in the rest of the world?

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

As a woman and someone who is newer to the show it can be intimidating to network with some of the older boys club. Having events where women and men can network would be cool.

NBJ Summit continues to be a good event to meet industry friends, connect, and learn about the latest in the nutrition sector.

What did you like best about the event?

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

The quality of keynoters. The opening keynote should be substantive, relevant, and useful/actionable for the level of entrepreneurs/executives for a valued return-on-investment on the considerable investment of time and resources in NBJ Summit. The Tuesday morning summit was dismal as evidenced by the number of people looking at their phones during her talk. While the quality of food was superb, not accommodating vegans and vegetarians at the evening events was unacceptable especially considering that at least one-fifth or one-fourth of the attendees were vegetarians and paid a hefty sum to attend. Serving potatoes roasted in bone marrow is terribly inconsiderate to vegetarians especially when the only other things they could eat was bok choy and chickpeas and roasted vegetables + lettuce. This was a dismal failure, especially for overseas attendees / exhibitors who were on a budget and were also time-strapped. Devoting an entire day to excursions and evening events should be moved to the last day...to help those of us who do not have the luxury of investing so much time to just sitting around for a day before the next day of content. NBJ Summit used to provide high quality content and inspiration that was timely and relevant. NBJ Summit 2024 was rather weak on both fronts.

It would have been good to have some 'forced interaction points' where new attendees could meet others without having to walk up to strangers.
