Overall, it was a very good show. I would have loved to have seen more domestic vendors. I would have loved to see more food ingredients and an area dedicated to food ingredients as opposed to food ingredients interspersed with the supplement to nutraceutical ingredients. But clearly it was very well attended. I managed to accomplish many of the goals that I set out to accomplish while I was there. And I'm very happy with my experience.

A very productive show, but I would've liked an area dedicated to food ingredients instead of interspersed with all the nutraceuticals.
What did you like best about the event?
I managed to find most of what I set out to locate for my clients and it was good to catch up face-to-face with a number of my vendors.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I loved how the event was laid out in 2019, with food (and organic) ingredients in their own section. It was hard to discover new vendors since the show was so big and all of the vendors were interspersed, regardless of their product types.

It was very pleasant and exciting meeting everyone
What did you like best about the event?
It was so big! Haha, really enjoyed meeting so many different people and having amazing talks
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Booth finding was a little hard, and GES could help out more during dismantling. It was a little chaotic and there were conflicting answers.
