I really enjoyed attending Fintech Connect. I found the presentations and panels, especially in the pay tax stream extremely relevant for my business and I made very good contacts and had inspiring one on one conversations. It would be great to get access to the presentations that were shown on stage. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Really enjoyed the conference. It's such a staple of the UK, Tex and, and European Fin. my talk where I was moderating was really well attended, which just gives you such confidence when you're, you're speaking on stage, people, you know, want to know what, what you're going to be discussing and, and, um, it was absolutely brilliant and, and the format is excellent, you know, splitting the talks off into different sections. So you always kind of knew where you would like to be hanging out, um, for talks really, really enjoyed it. And obviously it's just so easy to get to now, um, that it's really, it, it is basically in the heart of London right now.

Slick, professional but "low energy"
What did you like best about the event?
The event space is very compact and well organised with speaker areas, exhibition and meeting areas altogether.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There seemed to be a lot of tech salespeople and not a lot of people for them to sell to. As a result, I have been hounded a bit by various exhibitors! Would be good if more people were there who were "buyers" not "sellers".

A mediocre venue harmed the event
What did you like best about the event?
Good selection of vendors that overall managed to cover a broad spectrum of services.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The venue was quite the wrong one for an event aiming to provide a high-end experience. Overall the event felt more like an expo than a conference - low networking opportunities and hard to hear the speakers due to poor sound installation. Was a bit disappointed.

One of the best conferences this year for Paytech!
What did you like best about the event?
Presentations/panels were truly relevant, especially in the Playtech stream. Very high-quality speakers and panellists. Excellent 1:1 meetings and easy to make new contacts. Perfect size, not too big and not too small.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Keep the number of attendees high on day 2. Give access to presentations. PLEASE improve the UX of your app, access to attendees earlier, and search functionality to be improved,... this is really important for a fintech environment.

Very informative sessions, in bite-size chunks. The venue is also nicely sized.
What did you like best about the event?
It's well-focused, and not too loud - the multiple silent speaking sessions were amazing making it very pleasant!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Limit the amount of 'marketing' that can be done on the podium, both by speakers from vendors and moderators. Repeat offenders should not be invited back to speak.
