Overall a good experience. Noise management was an issue, always a lot of background talking coming from audio/tech team. Also, I won 3 gift cards from the virtual scratch off game that I never received.
What did you like best about the event?
Really enjoyed the vendors having the opportunity to spotlight their products. Listening to and watching a demo in this capacity was very nice. Networking with others in similar role was also great.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Noise Management.

The overall experience was good but I was a bit disappointed by most of the presentations. They were heavily skewed towards round table discussions which neither I or other attendees found very valuable.
What did you like best about the event?
Location and staff were top notch. Beautiful area of Miami close to everything. Catered meals were incredibly good. Area felt very safe which I can state is important to some of my female colleagues. We will not attend conferences in San Francisco or Portland or other cities that have allowed criminals to take over the town. Miami and Florida does a great job of making people feel safe.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Please limit round table discussions and request that speakers bring hard data, slides, charts, numbers, etc. It was VERY heavy on the number of vendors vs. banks / credit unions professionals. I felt bad for the vendors since they had limited people to sell to. I would have also liked to see some industry experts really focus on some of the main players in peer to peer payments, crypto, etc. It was way to heavily focused on day to day IT / operational type of things vs. long term strategy which is what I wanted to see. The break out session discussions were by far the most valuable.

The breakout session where there were actual institutions involved in Bitcoin.

Experience was very interesting rom a content perspective. Events surrounding the conference were great, very vendor heavy.
What did you like best about the event?
The speakers and the evening events surrounding it were very thought out. The location was great.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I feel as though the attendees could have been rounded out more. It felt as though mostly speakers and vendors.

Validating and insightful, my experience reinforced many challenges that are ubiquitous in the industry and also gave hope as to how some are being solved.
What did you like best about the event?
The fireside chats had the most impact for me because they went the deepest into a particular topic. I came looking for more than surface-level information that I could read on a blog, and the chats are where that was delivered.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The idea of the colored teams was great, but I'm not sure which team won, where the donation is going, or what the donation is. Also, the social wall didn't really have any outcome - I'm not sure what the purpose was.

Not Worth Attending.
What did you like best about the event?
The first night cocktail reception, catering, and the exhibit area was well arranged. Hard to put anything positive.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Have more attendees than sponsors. For the cost to participate, it is one of the most expensive conferences my company has attended and had by far the lowest amount of non-sponsor attendees.

Good sessions overall. Timely topics for community banks and credit unions.
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed to see demos from some of the vendors. It really puts what they are selling into real perspective.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Some of the sessions needed 5 minute breaks in between start times. The sessions were often running late due to starting one right after another.

Very engaging and a great way to meet community banks looking to innovate!
What did you like best about the event?
I really liked the smaller scale nature of the event. Some conference are very overwhelming in terms of size so I enjoyed the intimate group.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Target more digital banks like the Chimes of the world. I felt as though that half of the conference was missing. Getting banks and FinTechs together (that are not just providers to the bank) is a great way to enhance collaboration.

Insightful intimate experience!
What did you like best about the event?
The smaller scale was nice as it opened the opportunity for improved networking.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Have a more diverse group for the panel/roundtable discussions. Do not have just one facilitator per day.
