Bigger & better than last year.
What did you like best about the event?
The ability to network with others. The chance to hear about the latest things happening in the industry.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
On stage it was hard to hear the other panelists & host. I suggest they give us ear pieces.

Well organized with a good mix of people attending.
What did you like best about the event?
The event was manageable, and a good time allocation was given for networking. Break times are good, too, so we can attend to work matters and not miss out on the panels.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Signs above in the air indicate where the stages are at. So we can see quickly while looking up.

Experience was truly remarkable with significant learning and networking opportunity
What did you like best about the event?
The event was very well organized, well attended and provided ample opportunity for us to showcase our technology to the insurance and reinsurance community. We also got quite a few networking opportunities which we are hopeful would translate into possible business opportunities for us. We were truly elated also to win the first-ever ITC Asia Insuretech Award and will cherish these memories forever.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Frankly, it was a very well-organized event, and we are delighted to have participated. Having said that, we observed that the participation from the user segments like insurers and reinsurers was not very widespread. It would be great if this could be improved at the next event.

Overall not an event we are likely to sponsor again; too many sessions, sessions too short, and noisy.
What did you like best about the event?
Well attended but unfortunately, more tech vendors and consultants than insurance clients.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Too many sessions, sessions too short to get sufficient info across, panels were mostly a waste of time, and poor noise control. Having three parallel tracks also means attendance was often low.
