Good networking; 50% good content.
What did you like best about the event?
Networking time was set aside, and there were excellent opportunities to meet new faces. Half of the sessions had very good or excellent content.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Would like to have sessions with the opportunity for the Identity side to present to the payment side and vice versa, including educational sessions (101, 201, 301). I want to hold open committee meetings where non-committees and non-members can attend out of interest to see what's happening inside a committee they heard about (but don't create timing conflicts - sprinkle them throughout). Please stop people from talking about their product line. The education on concepts and new tech is great, but no product names or pitch decks exist. Company affiliation can be made clear, sure. Day 3's agenda felt forced, and the best was mainly at the end of the day when attendance was lower. I felt terrible for those who traveled to present to an empty room. The agenda should be content-driven, with each committee required to present, and not high-paying member-driven.

Good introductory-level coverage of a variety of topics.
What did you like best about the event?
Got to hear from all sides of the industry to get a holistic view of current topics and concerns.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I prefer deeper dives into the various topics and issues. Maybe one day (or half of a day) introducing the topics and issues, and then the next day (next half day) would be a deeper dive into the specifics, and you would choose which of those sessions to attend based on the introductory sessions and what most appealed/applied to you.

It was informative, especially during the breakout sessions.
What did you like best about the event?
Networking with others during the conference and collaborating with like-minded colleagues in the same industry.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Condense the conference agenda to two days instead of three days and remove the exhibitors, as I'm not sure that added value.

It was a very informative event.
What did you like best about the event?
The industry trends presented by experts and how combining Payment and Identity could potentially increase productivity.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
In some rooms, the projector was a little dim. Some presentation materials had too much information on the slides, making it hard to read from the back of the room.
