It was great to be able to choose from a wide variety of HR/business-related topics.
What did you like best about the event?
It's user-friendliness. It was easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Love the document section where slides and other useful resources are housed. I enjoyed the webinars that I attended and look forward to seeing more if possible.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Perhaps I missed it, but to see a topic around the recruitment warfare taking place right now and data and analytics to help "skill up" the field of HR would be great.

Not particularly, but I did enjoy the gentleman who spoke about humour in the workplace - you don't see that too often.

I had quality conversations that add value.
What did you like best about the event?
I found the broad range of sessions to be valuable - allowing me to pick a track or jump around as I saw fit. And the range and number of sessions were great!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
"Live" music. I recently attended a virtual conference and they had a DJ running before and in between sessions. It included live chat, so it created a similar vibe as to wandering the halls before sessions started.

Well received. Especially enjoyed the speakers who spoke about motivating employees. The real talk using Sports analogies was great since I am a sports fan and can relate!

Just watch out for the spam messages saying it is cancelled. I had some clients texting me that they were unsure if it was going to happen. But it was well-received.

I loved how many virtual participants were engaged and considered throughout the event!
What did you like best about the event?
The variety of speakers, as well as the topics, were all relevant. It was one of the first HR conference events that I thought the focus was really on learning and not on what book, service or product the speaker had to sell.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Make sure that there is more check's with virtual participants. Many of us did not get the Doordash for lunch. Also, would have been great to be able to connect more with the vendors and others that are there in person.
