Yeah, I thought the HR and learning in HR Tech Solutions was a great conference. It, the all the participants were great who went to my presentation, they were engaged and seemed to really enjoy the content which I, which I loved, which lots of people, lots of people came up to me afterwards. They wanted to talk about it, which was very encouraging and validating to me that the topic was relevant to them. So thank you to the Learning Guild for allowing me to present. Also I attended several different sessions as well, which I felt were all very relevant to what I'm experiencing in my daily life as an instructional experience, designer. Overall, great experience. Thank you.

As a vendor, the conference was small and attendance seemed low.
What did you like best about the event?
The set up and food at this conference was the best I have ever had. Not having to eat a boxed sandwich is always a plus. The event staff were friendly and helpful as always.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I do not know if the overall attendance of the conference was low or if attendees were not visiting the expo hall, but needs more traffic. I also felt the particular hotel was not the best given the price point.

The event was managed very well. There was event staff around for help. The layout of the expo hall was just perfect - not too big.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Attract more attendees to the event so that vendors can engage and have more quality conversations.

Great learning and networking opportunity!
What did you like best about the event?
The keynotes were really great. I particularly liked the first speaker on day 1. The schedule, transitions, and breaks were well planned out too for maximum opportunity to attend sessions, visit the expo hall, and network.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would have liked if the expo hall was open a little longer. On the final day of the expo hall I had a break before a session and I was disappointed that the expo was already closed. Instead of closing at 3pm, perhaps it could be open 'till say 5pm or even later.

Great experience. Relevant to my daily work and the people were amazing and supportive. 10 out of 10. I would attend again.
What did you like best about the event?
The supportiveness and collaboration of the participants was fantastic. I don't usually enjoy participating in networking opportunities, but this conference was much different.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think everyone did a great job. I have no recommendations at this time. Thank you for the opportunity to attend. I appreciated topics that dealt more with the human side of training and experience design and not all focused on technical things. But there was plenty of tech to go around.

Great Speakers, Sessions, and Networking
What did you like best about the event?
The event is well balanced with plenty of excellent speakers and sessions and time to network and have the informal "hallway" conversations that make an event special.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The expo seemed small and lacked energy. I would have liked to see more variety of companies in the expo.

It was obvious the conference was very thoughtfully planned. The numerous opportunities to network and connect with others was wonderful. I appreciated all the details from printing our drink tickets and including them in our name badge to the t-shirts to all informal opportunities to have conversations with other attendees. Well done.
What did you like best about the event?
I loved the morning buzz sessions, solutions fest, and the networking receptions. More opportunities to network and have organic conversations with speakers, vendors, and attendees the better! The speaker lineup and content was also excellent!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
As much as I enjoyed all the speakers, there were too many. I believe there were 10 concurrent sessions at times. I heard that many attendees wished they could have gone to some talks that were taking place at the same time. This also left some speakers rooms very empty. If there is a way to do fewer concurrent speakers in the future. Perhaps, forgo the afternoon keynote presenters so that there can be more opportunities for speakers and reduce the number of concurrent sessions. I also really enjoy conferences where there is one lunch keynote. This gives people an opportunity to sit all together and with an interactive and engaging presentation it can be a way to get people at their tables talking more organically and easily.

Small conference, need a little less HR, a little more learning.
What did you like best about the event?
The keynotes, the speakers I saw, most were good! The eLearning Guild volunteers were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed meeting Megan Torrance. The app/website was well designed and easy to use.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Mixing with HR made the conference less interesting to me. I do like that this is a smaller conference, but it seemed very small this year and not as many relevant sessions.

I liked the different sessions, the food was fantastic, there were many opportunities to network, and the keynotes were excellent at the beginning of the day.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think the morning buzz sessions would be more alluring if panels were brought back. Also, the app was not easy to navigate. I would have appreciated the option to see the layout in calendar view.
