Unleash was an awesome event. We had a really great time being a vendor at the event and also sponsoring the app. And there were a ton of really great people who attended the event, a lot of really great stakeholders when it comes to which type of hr technology that they want to purchase. And so we had some really great conversations, we got some really great opportunities and we met a lot of really great people.

Had a great time as a speaker and attendee
What did you like best about the event?
The networking and the breakout sessions were what I liked most about the event. The food was really good this year as well.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The app seemed to be inconsistent in highlight the sessions and not all sessions were on the app. Also, many sessions were said to be "sold out" but when presenting, rooms were at 25-50% capacity. Perhaps leave them open to first come first serve as I heard many people say, I'd like to attend this, but it's invite only.

I liked the The set up of sessions and tracks the best about the the show, manageable size expo

Water and soda readily available in the sponsor hall - water especially Have more designated times to push attendees to the hall.

Great experience with relevant HR folks, well run conference

Interesting speakers and panels that were relevant to the theme Easy floor plan to find meetings

Time in between sessions for bathroom breaks and time to get to the next event - both speakers and attendees were rushing

Well attended event. Great networking!
What did you like best about the event?
Networking with key influencers in the HR tech space globally. Proximity to hotels. Also, suprisingly great food for a conference!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There were no carved-out exhibition hours, making it difficult to anticipate greater foot traffic and when we could scale down the number of people to stay at the booth so that others with full passes could attend sessions and speaking events. Also, there seemed to be a lot of partnership opportunities with other vendors - which is great - except that traffic often interfered with direct conversations with prospective clients who visited our booth wanted to have.
