It was great to be back in person for the first time in several years. It was very nice to see everybody face to face and spend time together. I think you guys did a really great job of keeping everybody safe. I think that was very front of mind to to make sure that everyone felt safe and everyone was being safe. So I really appreciated that. I thought all the sessions were really wonderful. I also, I also think Phoenix is, it's a great little town for for conferences. It's not too big. I think there was enough just right around the hotel. So, I think it was a location was great too.

Good content (sessions) but attendance could be better

The sessions had really good and insightful content and great speakers with industry knowledge
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
A few things - a better flow; encourage more engagement from buyers (most buyers stuck to the bar area and avoided exhibition hall or speaking with vendors)

Good topics of discussion, manageable group setting.
What did you like best about the event?
The topics of discussion were well thought out and relevant. Speakers were knowledgeable on multiple categories.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Too many topics, not enough breaks for restroom or to meet with suppliers without missing a presentation. I'd also like to see this be a little more global in nature.

Good to be back in person, I appreciated the steps taken to make sure people felt safe.
What did you like best about the event?
Seeing everyone in person, so nice to see everyone after so long. I'm also a visual learner, so I enjoyed being in person for the sessions - very easy to get distracted when on a virtual event with email, slack, etc.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
As a sponsor it was really difficult to get folks to stop and talk to us. I know there was a lot done in preparation for the event, but this is such a tricky area. I understand from James that for 2023 there are going to be some additional options available for sponsors to engage with buyers.

Great event! Attendees had lots of expertise and knowledge with a willingness to share best practices.

Networking and information from companies of all levels of Contingent Staffing maturity sharing best practices.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There could be a limit to the number of vendors versus companies. There were more vendors than buyers at the event.
