It was an incredible event, with a great host of speakers & a mood to match the TA community.
What did you like best about the event?
I really liked networking with TA professionals and learning about how people interact when using software to make their lives easier.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Nothing comes to mind; keep up the excellent work! If there were anything organizers could do, it would be to have more bins on site (unless vendors have to provide their bins, I'm not so sure).

A great event where I was well supported.
What did you like best about the event?
Being able to network with people I don't see often or haven't met in person before!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Not sure how to combat the incredibly hot tents? The fans used were too loud.

Best networking and learning event for Talent Professionals.
What did you like best about the event?
Having attended conferences for most of my career, Recfest is a breath of fresh air in the conference circuit. It is somewhat of an "un-conference," bringing a fun, light, classic British summertime festival energy to what is usually a very corporate event. There are plenty of stages with reputable speakers to learn from, and for those who are in the market for new technologies to complement your tech stack, it is also a great way to meet vendors face to face.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Considering it is its second year in Knebworth, there are always teething problems, but 2023 was a vast improvement from 2022 in terms of facilities and food access. I would recommend staggering lunches or perhaps having a longer lunch break so speakers and attendees won't miss any crucial sessions.

Incredible TA event!
What did you like best about the event?
I loved the unique set-up of RecFest. I've never heard of a conference run like a festival before, and it was executed so well. The variety of vendors, stands, food, drinks, and entertainment was top-notch. Basement Jaxx was such a nice touch to let our hair down! I will be a regular at RecFest from now on, and if you're debating getting a ticket, do it. You definitely won't regret it. There's nothing else like it!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The only thing to improve would be to have more food vendors. I'm lucky we had a VIP lunch in the Join Talent tent, but so many people ended up queuing for up to an hour and a half for food. I appreciate it might be difficult, but if there's a way to regulate the temperature in the tents, it will make such a big difference. I have migraines that are triggered by heat, so I had to avoid going into any tents in the afternoon as the temperatures started to increase, which meant I couldn't watch some talks I had intended to protect.
