I also liked how friendly and approachable the companies were who filled the vendor area. The Radisson Blu Chicago is a top notch location and I IMMEDIATELY wanted to come back again.

What did you like best about the event?
I really enjoyed how so many of the speakers were relevant spoke to how Ai is impacting what is going on with Human Resources. I also liked how friendly and approachable the companies were who filled the vendor area. The Radisson Blu Chicago is a top notch location and I IMMEDIATELY wanted to come back again.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would have better food for breakfast. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing. It was an amazing experience.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
One area for improvement would be providing clearer directional guidance to individual conference sessions. On the first day, I found myself spending a few minutes trying to locate where specific sessions were being held. Clearer signage, a detailed map in the program, or more specific room information alongside the session schedule would go a long way in helping attendees navigate more smoothly and arrive on time.
