"I always love speaking at the main SHRM conference!"

As always the event was well done, put together, and super fun! I love the warm welcome SHRM gives it's speakers, and the crazy amount of "stuff" for attendees to see and do.

Traffic to our booth - we had a great location and the schedule allowed for plenty of time to talk to participants.

The people that were working at the speaker lounge (both from SHRM and McCormick) were so helpful and kind- I really appreciated all of their assistance and guidance. I also really loved Jeff Harry's talk about leadership style- it was substantial and energizing!

A substantial and vibrant event!
What did you like best about the event?
There was a lot of great content and were so many interesting people to connect with. The people that were working at the speaker lounge (both from SHRM and McCormick) were so helpful and kind- I really appreciated all of their assistance and guidance. I also really loved Jeff Harry's talk about leadership style- it was substantial and energizing!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There is so much happening at one time that it's hard to plan and unfortunately, the app did not do a great job at presenting all of the concurrent things happening. Also, the shuttles need to run later than the 5pm end time of the conference- getting out of the conference center was really hard. Finally, consider shifting one of the men's bathrooms to a women's room; it is a woman-heavy industry and I missed a couple of sessions I wanted to attend because I was waiting in line to use the restroom.
