A positive overall experience. I had a really amazing time at the conference. It was so great to connect with other professionals in my same field, hear various speakers and just an all around, great, great time.

I was actually impressed with the event. I didn't thought that so many people were going to attend. the topics that were discussed was a great knowledge transfer, I would say. And I like that, I saw people from different industries, different specialities and in general, I really like the quality of the audience. I did saw many junior professionals that went to try to learn from experience once. So I would say that I would definitely recommend people to go and you will have fun, you will learn a lot of great stuff and you will meet new people.

I had a great time, speaking as a moderator at Talent Acquisition Week. And the only thing I would say is that, because I didn't have a double monitor, I wasn't able to see the questions as they were coming in the chat box for the Q/A at the end. So that was on my part. I wasn't able to see it in real time and answer them at the end. But Kara stepped in and helped me out, which was amazing, but I will know for future to have a second monitor.

Interesting to experience for the first time.
What did you like best about the event?
The location was beautiful, and it was executed very well! The varying tracks were helpful for different benefits.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Added breaks between sessions. I felt the entirety was a rush getting from one session to the next, and I would end the day drained. While the panel discussions were creative to keep the audience engaged, I did not think they were helpful. The answers were very anecdotal and vague, with little takeaways. There was too much promotion of consulting companies or agencies. I did not find this useful if you wanted to sharpen your individual skills in talent acquisition (granted, I come from a large organization with established practices. Most of the attendees were from smaller, often family-owned or startup companies. I could see this being informative to that group by advertising paid resources).

Amazing, positive, and uplifting.
What did you like best about the event?
The speakers, interactions with others, venue, and lunch. Each speaker had their own topics that were covered, and most were interesting and engaging.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Allow for more time between speakers; most of the speakers went over time, and allowing 5 minutes to transition from one room to another, plus grabbing some water or using the restroom, was not enough time. Additionally, it would be nice to have a full hour for lunch. While the venue was beautiful, they lacked refilling the water often, toilet paper in the restrooms was out, and snacks ran out too fast during the afternoon break. I would have liked to see more roundtable-type discussions.

My experience at TA Week was fantastic! I was introduced to new areas of TA and was able to network along the way.
What did you like best about the event?
The topics and speakers. The conference covered many relevant areas, such as AI and DEI. It was extremely informative.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
An area to improve is to add 10 minutes between each breakout session/speaker. That way, speakers have enough time to set up, and attendees can take a break between.

Lead Talent Acquisition function.
What did you like best about the event?
The coming together of TA leaders with a wide array of experiences, discussing topics, and generating ideas on improving our function.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think some too many speakers were also vendors. I'd prefer to hear more from colleagues. Also, need to have breaks between sessions, as there was not enough time to get from one session to the next, let alone use the facilities.

First-time speaker at TA Week.
What did you like best about the event?
The number of people that attended and the topics discussed were remarkable - I actually liked the hotel a lot, and it exceeded my expectations in general.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I was impressed with the event. I would say we have an easier way to communicate outside event events, as many companies hosted some, and the only way to know about them was by word of mouth. More marketing in the event, like showcasing pictures of speakers and panelists, would be great. Some of the topics were duplicated; I would suggest filtering it a bit more.

What an amazing experience!
What did you like best about the event?
The guest speakers, the location, and the hotel. The hotel menu was a little pricey. I also really liked the networking. One suggestion is to list the attendee's locations on their badges.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Better time management, especially between sessions. Some speakers ran long and into the next event. Getting up and moving to the session across the hall felt awkward when the speaker wasn't done. Then, I would enter the next session a few minutes behind.

It was amazing! I left with tons of insights and new things to apply at my company.
What did you like best about the event?
The workshop with Brooks E. Scott about DEI was the best for me. He rocked! I wish we had more time with him!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I felt extremely tired this year with ten speakers daily, plus lunch and dinner networking sessions. I don't know how to improve this feeling, but I couldn't think on the last day.
