Enjoyable experience overall!
What did you like best about the event?
Overall, I found the learning sessions mostly valuable, with many being high-quality and relevant. I liked the diversity of speakers and topics, and the sessions covered many areas of the HR world.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Some of the concurrent edu sessions felt a little too surface-level. Need more in-depth content.

Valuable Conference.
What did you like best about the event?
The overall impression was that it was great to learn a little more about the company, get some goodies, and not feel pressured to make a change or decision on the spot, but just gather more information for future follow-up.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It was a fun event. A few more giveaways would help make the booth and company more memorable.

The conference was fantastic. Well organized and energized.
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the guest speakers the most. I also appreciated how organized the event was, and that the rooms were easy to find and not spread out.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The only thing I can think of is that I was disappointed the conference ran out of the speaker’s book, so I could not get a signed copy.

I enjoyed all the speakers and sessions. Of course the speaker playing the drums was very good.

Fun and insightful event!
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the variety of topics offered and being able to meet with numerous vendors, all in one place.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would prefer the event not to overlap with the outdoor festival. It was difficult to walk through the crowds, and the noise in my hotel room made it hard to focus on work.

What did you like best about the event?
My favorite was by far the general session with drums! I also enjoyed all of the networking.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The schedule is a challenge for travel. It is impossible to get a late enough flight on Tuesday to avoid missing the final session (which is always good and important!) so we end up spending $$ on another night at the hotel and miss most of the day of work on Wednesday to get back. I would rather come in Sunday night and spend all day on Monday and Tuesday and then part of the day on Wednesday OR come in Saturday night and spend all day Sunday and Monday and finish the day by noon or 1 on Tuesday.
