"Amazing turnout - proving Total Rewards is as popular as ever!"

I was so impressed by the turnout at the conference this year. We had a booth and a speaking session, and as a result we have so many contacts for future leads. I also really liked the social events which made it easy to connect with different attendees.

    Well organized and great content
    What did you like best about the event?
    Meeting new people and learning about various solutions and increasing my knowledge.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    The Braindate didn’t go well. One person accepted and then didn’t show up. More could be done to bring like-minded people together.

    overall a well-organized event, with good speakers, and good participants!
    What did you like best about the event?
    HR professionals at the event. There were many topics and tracks to pick from and there was something for everyone.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    It was a well-organized event. They could choose a better location as Cincy was ok but not great.

    Networking opportunities, friendly and responsive event staff. Braindate was a good way to network and share information in a more intimate setting.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Better organization around food for people with restrictions. Scott mentioning that the Braindate app could be used as a dating app was inappropriate. People identifying as women deal with unwanted romantic interest too often, even on LinkedIn. These are not dating apps or platforms. WaW event staff were very helpful. Convention center staff, not as helpful.

    I was so impressed by the turnout at the conference this year. We had a booth and a speaking session, and as a result we have so many contacts for future leads. I also really liked the social events which made it easy to connect with different attendees.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    The scheduling of the sessions was pretty hard to track, so I feel like dedicated learning times and social times would work better.
