The outcomes from certain World Café sessions and the opportunity to attend other HR disciplines, such as Talent Management, were particularly valuable. The event was interactive, featured strong AI insights, offered solid workshop topics, and enabled valuable connections with vendors from the USA and Europe.

And there were quite valuable valuable opportunities to connect with vendors based in the US, in Europe, which were offering quite compelling products to leverage from.

    What did you like best about the event?
    The outcomes from certain World Café sessions and the opportunity to attend other HR disciplines, such as Talent Management, were particularly valuable. The event was interactive, featured strong AI insights, offered solid workshop topics, and enabled valuable connections with vendors from the USA and Europe.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Bringing in best practices from the Big Four and other top consultancies to complement company-wide perspectives would enable participants to benefit from both viewpoints. This approach would be mutually beneficial: clients gain more robust, proven practices, while consultancies build long-term relationships with organizations like ours that are seeking stronger capabilities. While the workshops and sessions introduce valuable practices, there remains significant untapped potential for consultancies to further elevate the value delivered.

    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Consider allowing a few longer presentations beyond 20 minutes to enable deeper dives into key topics, and include a more structured icebreaker to foster networking and engagement.
