Hi. So this was my second time speaking and attending, agile testing days. it was an awesome conference this year also. I was attending virtually, and spoke virtually also because I couldn't travel. But, I previously, I went there in person and this is one of the best communities I've ever seen. Their organizing team is awesome and, very, very content and a value-driven conference. And I thoroughly enjoyed, meeting with other speakers, talking to attendees and, you know, just had an amazing time full of learning and networking.21st Nov '23

ATD was arguably the best software testing conference I've ever attended.
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed how the event was like a "bubble" - I entered the hotel, and I never needed to leave thanks to all the talks and activities around the clock. My level of engagement was higher than other conferences I've attended. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There was one sour note to an otherwise excellent event. During my (Andrew Knight) keynote address, Huib made personal attacks on me and misrepresented my ideas on X (Twitter). That hurt, and I'm still dealing with the fallout. I recommend that the organizers revisit the Code of conduct and consider adding that personal attacks like this are not tolerated. I think that we all want ATD to be a safe space for sharing new ideas and expressing disagreements in healthy ways. (Again, for me, ATD was otherwise a wonderful event, and I would be honored to return to speak if the organizers invite me back.) Overall experience

Wonderfully diverse conference with something for every level of experience.
What did you like best about the event?
The best thing in my opinion was the wide variety of sessions offered, so the very new testers would find inspiration and knowledge as much as the seasoned practitioners. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I had two minor gripes.
One was that I was told to present off my laptop (not a problem) but then found there was a laptop we could have used without faffing about reconnecting my own.
Two, I have food intolerances and during the last two days, no allergens were listed with the food, which made eating more of a gamble for me than I enjoyed. Overall experience

It's the first time at. I really loved this conference. I had a great three days. The food was great. The organization was great. The audience was great. I really love that the organizers put together a really diverse program and made sure that there is something for every level of experience as well as for every, by every angle you can take on testing an agile. It was clear that attendees also felt really safe and comfortable expressing themselves. This also goes for the speakers which presented a wide variety of topics. Yeah, I loved it, absolutely loved it. Would totally recommend and come again. 21st Nov '23

There were many interesting talks, many interesting keynotes about actual topics like AI and also a lot of topics about the software testing. There were also topics about self-care and, and that goes beyond software testing like management. And for instance, there was a keynote about how to debug or the company. The social events were amazing meeting. A lot of people having fun in a relaxed atmosphere, discussing various topics. So I can highly recommend for every software professional who is working with software, not only for the testers, especially also for developers.21st Nov '23
