The forum was heavily weighted on the financials and there were only two tracks to choose from during the event which made it very, I guess, easy to choose, which sections you wanted to see or listen to. And because it was a day and a half, it was very concentrated. You're going from one to the next to the next to the next. I enjoyed it being that concentrated. I don't think I could have gone, another day or two, at that speed. But that's actually why I liked it. It got it in and out and, gotta accomplish what I wanted. Thanks.

It is differentiated from other STR conferences.
What did you like best about the event?
The sessions were engaging and interesting; I need more characters to submit this.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
New venue/city would be good because Texas and Florida are overused and I need more characters.

It is a good event for networking with Industry colleagues and meeting new STR customers. Only STR event.
What did you like best about the event?
Re-connecting with industry contacts. Hearing what new trends are happening in the STR business.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Larger breakfast offering. Add a panel that presents data showing annual industry results so we can speak to how we are performing as an industry (i.e., growing, declining, etc).

The experience was well organized, but some speakers were not relevant to me.
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed connecting with industry leaders and enjoyed some presentations and speakers.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I am not extremely interested in the lease arbitrage model of short-term rentals, and this event probably spent more time than I would prefer on that model. I believe there is an opportunity to improve the competence of some speakers.

I enjoyed networking at the conference.
What did you like best about the event?
Great cocktail hour after hours. I enjoyed having conversations with other vendors about how they provide value to STR investors.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
In a more natural lighting space. The lighting made the afternoon feel like it dragged along.

A condensed and quick forum had its advantages.
What did you like best about the event?
The focus seemed to be more on the financials, and having only two tracks of seminars going at any given time made it easy to choose what to listen to. I liked the concentrated, quick fashion this took, so the information was easily digestible and didn't take too many days.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
A more substantial breakfast would have been advantageous for concentration. Coffee, bagels, and fruit are good as a starter if there is something else between sessions.
