Midwest Dreaming is the best. It's my favorite community conference of the community conference circuit. Of course, it was the first, but it's also now the largest and most consistent in quality of speakers, attendees, sponsors. It's always a great time.

Overall, I had a great time at Midwest dreamin' and got to learn a lot about some new topics such as AI and I got to just connect with a lot of people, network with some old colleagues as well as meet some new people in the ecosystem. So, yeah, overall, I had a great time. The only thing that I think could have been improved me was the beverage situation. I would have loved to have been able to just like grab a soda or something, but Ifelt like there wasn't really many beverage options but really just a, a minor critique in the grand scheme of things. Overall, it was a lot of fun. Very well run organized event. Thank you.

I enjoyed and learned a lot of things from the event, and it was useful.
What did you like best about the event?
The way the event was conducted and the speakers demonstrated the things were practical. The concepts covered in the event will be helpful for self-development.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
As a participant in India, the event starts at 9.30 pm. It would be great if the IST zone had a special timing for the event.

Great Week to Network and Learn from Others
What did you like best about the event?
Overall, I loved the networking aspect. It was great reconnecting with former colleagues and meeting new people in the ecosystem. The sessions were also very good, and I learned a lot about new topics, such as AI.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Beverages could be much more improved. I always found myself looking for something a little more than water, such as coffee or soda. Over the three days, it seemed like coffee was put out only once a day, but it quickly ran out in minutes. It would have also been nice to have a table with sodas that could be grabbed.

MidWest Dreamin was a 3-day event with a fantastic combination of professional development, knowledge sharing, and networking fun!
What did you like best about the event?
The networking! The event had people not only from the Minnesota area but from all over the US, and it provided a great opportunity to let people talk shop and get to know each other.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More coffee and more professional development content :D There was a variety of content, but only day 1 had professional development content; I specifically liked the mentor session.
Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below
Making Mentorship Meaningful was a wonderful session. I appreciated the honesty and story about how someone who is relatively new to the ecosystem dove head first into becoming an admin and to find a path from mentee to mentor.

Long time SF end user, first-time SF Admin attendee - Great first-time experience!
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the whole Midwest Dreamin conference. So, it isn't easy to name what I like best about the event. However, if I had to call one thing I liked best above all the others, I would name the conversations with the attendees and the vendors. Great company! There is no other ecosystem in the world like the Salesforce Ecosystem.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Difficult to say. I could recommend more speaker sessions about SF Releases and high-quality SF features with broad use cases.
Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below
My favorite speaker/session was with Cheryl regarding Profiles/Permission Sets because I have personally taken ownership of these products within my employer's production org.

Very user-focused, non-sales-like conference in the Salesforce ecosystem.
What did you like best about the event?
Lowkey speaking opportunity, not too intense due to the conference's smaller audience and casual nature.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Vet some of the speakers more. A few speakers didn't seem like full subject matter experts in their topics.

I have been an accidental admin on & off for the past two years. These days, however, I lead discovery sessions and plan to develop our database as a Business Analyst further. I also provide technical documentation, training, and support for end users.
What did you like best about the event?
I really enjoyed getting to know more folks from the Salesforce Community & learning about the ways we can continue to make the most of the platform.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would have appreciated windows in the event space and tips for making the most of the conference.
