Hey, organizers, overall good event, good connections, but definitely felt disorganized in terms of trying to find spaces. So my biggest feedback is to make sure that we have maps as attendees, that they're clear signage. I think stages could be named in a logical way that, you know, if there's like, I don't know, just names did not correlate to buildings, which made it even more confusing. It was hard to know like, hey, I'm already at this stage. What's the next session? So trying to find that location was very challenging. So basically chaotic is how it felt for me, ultimately, which is disappointing because the content was fantastic. And I definitely did not attend all the sessions I wanted simply because I couldn't find them.

SaaStr was an amazing conference. Met lots of interesting and like-minded people. The deal was really privileged to have an amazing stand where we were able to meet a lot of you guys. And yeah, the party was great. The networking was great and, overall, a great experience. We'll see you guys next year.

It's pretty good and easy to enter/park and register. It explored the booths, braindates, and lounges.
What did you like best about the event?
The brain date and networking opportunities and the Expensify experience, less for the bar and more for the intimate setting of 10 people allowed authentic and focused conversations.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There needs to be stable wifi accessible to participants; it’s not okay that there was non-existent wifi.

Great event! I loved networking with all the other companies there and learned a lot!
What did you like best about the event?
We loved the brain date sessions. It was so cool connecting with people in SaaS with broad backgrounds and really getting to learn from each other.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The app needed more locations for each session. It was hard to find certain events on the app.

I have never seen so many SaaS founders flock to an event before!
What did you like best about the event?
The community and the micro-economies created around SaaStr were the best parts!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Give us more options to engage with the attendees. There were so many people that I wish I could have connected with on Linkedin from the event.

Great sessions, highly informative. Highly recommend it.
What did you like best about the event?
The various topics, energy, organization, and networking opportunities (even virtual ones) were great.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More help with inserting sessions into personal calendars would have helped so that we could more easily plan sessions to attend around day-to-day work tasks.

I loved the speakers I attended but lacked some direction while at the event.
What did you like best about the event?
Great energy & flow for the space. They are really awesome vendors. I loved the food trucks. The place was clean & spacious - the city was also really wonderful.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
During event advertising/announcements for the headline speakers. More directional help. No speakers over lunch - use that time for pure networking.

Great content and good connections, but a chaotic run around to find stages.
What did you like best about the event?
Good content. Presentation connections were great, and there were solid vendors. I enjoyed that bootstrapped companies were represented alongside VC-backed companies.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Maps! Oh my goodness, I wasted a lot of time finding where things were. Very confusing and ambiguous names of stages - it would have been so much easier if the stage names correlated to the names of buildings. Or if there were better guidance, markers everywhere. I was one of the Super Braindate speakers, and even I was told where my presentation was going to take place 45 min before the presentation. People couldn't find me.

It was my first time; the sessions were good, and the stalls were manned mainly by sales executives who did not know much about the product—met many relevant people on a braindate. In short, it was a good experience. The food could be better (mainly vegetarian).
What did you like best about the event?
Braindates! Had deep quality conversations with people on 1-on-1 or group braindates.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More vegetarian food options, please! Better WiFi connectivity & quality. Helpful staff.

Great support for speakers!
What did you like best about the event?
The support staff for speakers was excellent, from the team in the green room (including the makeup artists) to the folks who mic'd us up for our presentation. Everyone was friendly, thorough, and professional.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be great if lunch for the speakers were available throughout the day or at least until 3:00 p.m.

Met a lot of interesting people! Too many people in sales though.
What did you like best about the event?
The events in the evening were the best to meet people in a more casual and laid-back setting.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
To be 100% honest, I would like to see fewer people selling your stuff at the booths.

Great event to meet people.
What did you like best about the event?
It was my first time at SaaStr, and it was a great organization from my point of view: great attendees, awesome sponsors, and unforgettable new connections.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be great to let people know when a speaker is about to start. I understand we had an app or calendars, but most of the time, we are in the middle of a random conversation in a booth or with people, and you are not seeing your phone. Also, Friday, the event's last day, was "empty" of people. It probably would be better to have something special (e.g., Star Speaker, show, etc.) for the last day to impulse people to be there the previous day too. And the braindate room was noisy, maybe for the next ones, could be a separate space from the booths.
