What I enjoyed most about Satellite 2025 was the clear realization of how globally relevant Telebras’ mission has become. It was rewarding to see how the work we do in Brazil resonates far beyond our borders and to witness the genuine interest from international players in collaborating with a state-owned company focused on digital inclusion, national resilience, and strategic autonomy. Participating in the panel discussion was particularly meaningful. It allowed me to share Brazil’s experience with a global audience, and the feedback we received—especially the comment from the Nigerian representative about the lack of a similar public operator in his country—reinforced the importance and uniqueness of our role. I also valued the opportunity to meet face-to-face with leaders and technical experts from the world’s top satellite companies. These conversations were not only insightful but also aligned directly with the challenges and goals we face at home. We discussed innovative technologies like MicroGEOs, LEO constellations, and edge computing—solutions that are increasingly relevant to Brazil’s strategic communication needs. Overall, the experience confirmed that Telebras is viewed internationally with great respect. Our model of combining public service with high-tech solutions stands out in a market that is often dominated by purely commercial interests. It was inspiring to see that our efforts are not only effective domestically but also admired as a reference abroad.
