32nd comments. The event was great location, not so great. I think we should really consider at least moving the event through the country at different times to allow different people to attend. Overall. I think the sessions were good. Some of the sessions were a little too long. I think no sessions should go more than an hour and a half at best to allow people the the room to stretch and be comfortable. Overall, I was very happy with it.6th Sep '22

It is an awesome event for me as both a speaker and a major partner for VMware. Had excellent sessions and also discussions with the key leaders.

New product announcements from VMware that are relevant to the market, and innovations from other companies enhance the ecosystem around VMware solutions.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Would be better to do the entire event and meetings in a single location rather than having to run around multiple locations (different hotels, Moscone south/north/west, etc..)Overall experience

Finally got to meet fellow Tanzu Vanguards and spend time with them. The locale was nice.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More DevOps and developer-focused content. Allow spouses to come to the parties. It was awkward running between sessions to the North, South, and West Moscone center buildings.Overall experience

A high quality smaller show spread out over too much space.

Help market the smaller speaking sessions more; I felt like the people showed up because we posted to let folks know it was happening. My give was to bring content to the show.Overall experience

I thought the show was, was well run. you know, I, I get that it was a little bit smaller, um, than past years. It just, uh, it felt a little too spread out. or maybe, maybe that was a good thing with, with COVID. but just, yeah, having to traverse from, you know, west to south was, uh, was, was a big bit of a slut. the, uh, yeah, I'm trying to think of what I would have, you know, I thought, oh, no, I, I just, I can't think of anything off, off the top of my head that, that, um, I think could have done better. I thought it was, um, you know, I had some good conversations. um, I thought that I thought on day two people got a little bit grabby with the, with the free stuff. The event was really wonderful and the staff was really nice. If I have to pick something, I'd say maybe to have a bag check in each conference center rather than having to drag luggage over to Moscone West.Overall experience

A good event for networking with VMWare employees and ecosystem companies.

Networking and learning at the show floor and the hub are great. There are a lot of interactive talks and presentations on the floor.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The event schedule is hard to find and hard to read. I think it can be done much better with a mobile app or printed brochure on the back of the badge.Overall experience

First Good In-Person Event since the pandemic

I enjoyed getting back in front of people, having conversations about VMware, and meeting and visiting with people near & far.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There seemed to be a low turnout from the community. Most likely companies have not been budgeting properly for in-person Events. I would also like to see better swag from the Vendors.Overall experience

Great event, focused on multi-cloud environments.
What did you like best about the event?
The fact that they focused on multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments, we've been trying to find more information on how VMware solutions would be able to work with our current solutions such as GCP, how to better offer hybrid solutions to our clients, and this event helped us with that.What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Not sure, what I needed, but the event was great, easy to navigate the platform, no technical issues during the presentations. will also be attending the brazil event to see if they bring specific information on the brazil market.Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below

Hi. After two years, I'm really excited to see that VM Ware is once again having an in person conference and I was there personally as a speaker. So networking is the best part of VM Ware Explorer as you get to meet and catch up with all the people from VM Ware community. Another major activity for me was to go to solution exchange and booth at where you, you know, you see all the vendors enthusiastically displaying their current and upcoming product.
