I really enjoyed another year of the women in product annual conference. I found it very informative. Most importantly, I love that there were so many product folks and product minded folks from just different points in their careers from early to very senior executives. There was so much to learn at the conference with the varying experiences people offered and, and brought the workshops were very timely. And if I could go again next year, I definitely will be back.

Really welcoming experience, and the content was timely
What did you like best about the event?
There were many things to learn that were very relevant to the existing interests at the moment.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Eventually, we will have an in-person event with the virtual component. I'm impressed with how they've been able to make a virtual event pleasing to attend, but I wish that some of the same things could happen in person.

Enjoyed having a chance to speak with participants and other panelists.
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the prep and getting to meet other panellists and work with them. Particularly in the prep session, it was a good chance to meet other folks.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It may have just been part of the communication process on our side, but there was some confusion/unawareness that the panel was pre-recorded. It would be helpful to clarify this for participants before the recording.

This was my first virtual conference, and I actually liked the format!
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the virtual format and the experiences I could relate to as a female POC in tech.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I was a little caught off guard by how much "networking" there was - people sharing LinkedIn pages, outright asking how to get jobs, etc. I was expecting more content on best practices, people's experiences, etc.

I help teams build in trust, in order to improve productivity and retain great talent.
What did you like best about the event?
The ease of talking and learning from others. There were so many great sessions where you could learn. I also loved the networking feature where you could be assigned a random person to talk to.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would have been helpful to have each event on my calendar rather than having to scramble to find the event in the list of events.

Overall, the experience was insightful but felt the opportunity to network/connect was lacking.
What did you like best about the event?
Some speakers had great content, such as Jordan, 81 cents. I enjoyed the workshops and the ability to ask questions. It's great the videos were recorded to review later.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would have loved it if this was in person so that I could have built stronger connections with fellow WIP and so I would only focus on this conference versus getting distracted easily. Also, I wish the workshops were more distributed throughout the day. Lastly, the platform was very finicky and challenging to work with.

A great space to immerse yourself into a world or Product with peers and senior PMs
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the Workshops and the Keynote speakers. One of my favorite conversations was Speaking with Senior Leadership.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be nice if they allowed entry-level PMs to connect with Seniors. I noticed there had been siloed conversations and learns for Executives, Senior leaders, etc. If there were at least one opportunity to chat with these folks and learn more from there in 1:1 or group settings on how to break into PM or go from entry to Senior PM, that would be great. Even non-traditional experiences of leaders moving up quickly.
