I only attended for one day but I met in that time, some really useful connections, some inspiring people and heard some great speakers. Thanks for a great day.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at the event. There were so many stalls and all of the companies were really approachable, which meant that I made a lot of new connections. There were so many talks and workshops that it was difficult to decide what to attend. But I found the ones that I did attend to be very useful and insightful. I feel like I gained a lot from this event and I can't wait to attend again next year.

High energy. Great speakers. Very relevant topics. Fun. Professional - an event to be repeated.
What did you like best about the event?
The energy and engagement of the attendees were the best. Always inspiring to see the up-and-coming women of tech so involved and supportive of each other.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The overall size of attendees was less than I expected, given past experience at Amsterdam's events.

It was variable, with some really interesting speakers and well-run, but some keynotes fell flat.
What did you like best about the event?
I think hearing lots of different types of women who work in different parts of tech talking about their career trajectory is just super interesting - there is no one way to do it, and feels very collegiate and approachable.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I find it hard to sit through the BP and Shell keynotes and hear about the 0.1% of their environmentally interesting tech projects being hard to take when they could do so much more to combat the climate crisis. I know you need big sponsors for something like this to run, but please, it's pretty disingenuous. There was absolutely nothing around delivery or even Ops. This is a huge part of getting tech done. There was a bit about teams, but there is so much more around delivery and project management that would have been helpful.

I really liked the head of HR from HSBC - very clear, interesting and worthy discussion on social mobility.

Great way to meet women in STEM and business!
What did you like best about the event?
I really enjoyed the niceness of the staff, audience, and entire team. It felt like such a welcoming conference.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would just have a bit more onboarding support regarding the tech required as a speaker.

Inspirational!
What did you like best about the event?
A good range of speakers on some thought-provoking and relevant topics. It was good to see the sessions in the Expo Hall now come with headphones, so the speakers can be clearly heard.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be preferable to schedule some of the sessions earlier - for the first few hours, there is only one session you can attend, and then you have to choose between one of 5 sessions, and there are often clashes. Many of the topics only really scratch the surface, so by the end of the session, you have only just started getting to the meat of the topic. On other sessions, they were too detailed. Otherwise, the sessions should make clear whether they are 'beginner' or 'expert' sessions so you have a better understanding of the background knowledge assumed.
