I had a really great time attending this event. The show was amazing. The speakers were amazing. The Expo Hall was amazing. The first time I've seen a band in a van. The food was great. All of the learning sessions, we really learned a lot about everything zoom. Looking forward to everything zoom to come and pitching this to our customers and taking it off.

ZoomTopia 2022 - New Dimensions
What did you like best about the event?
This event was really well put together. There were lots of major announcements (I would highly recommend watching the recorded keynote if anyone missed it). I thought the Zoom IQ or conversational AI and Zoom Spots announcements were the best! The expo hall did have a nice layout so kudos to the event organizer for making it easy to see everything and navigate the floor.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be helpful to have a little more time to get between the different sessions. Sometimes I felt like I almost had to run from one place to another since there was a lot of great content.

Loved seeing everyone on the screen, along with the presenters.
What did you like best about the event?
I was surprised it was more like a conference and less like a Zoom. It was great to see people's heads up on the screen though.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It was a little hard to drop in, and see what was going on, as it used large amounts of system resources.

Zoomtopia was everything I imagined it would be and more.
What did you like best about the event?
The learning sessions and all of the great vendors associated with ZOOM. And of course Nelly and Timbaland.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think some of the food options were soggy and not great. Outside of this the event was fantastic and was put together very well.
Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below
I loved hearing from Eric Yuan. He is so intelligent and funny. All around a great human and founder.

The booth we had, the speakers and the location of the event. I loved it was short.

Amazing experience
What did you like best about the event?
The information provided on Zoom's future for zoom phone and contact centres going forward.

Make it free to attend like ISE, as it would attract more end users to the exhibition, especially when some have travelled abroad.
