Overall very positive experience
Attendees were directly from the airlines mainly. Very good organisation and an excellent venue.
The food and drinks at the venue were expensive; it would have been better if the attendance had been large.

Disappointing, felt a little disorganised with too few attendees
There were a few interesting speakers/panels, but their audience was relatively sparse!
Better signage inside and outside the event. And there was nobody to ask for help.
