The exhibition will showcase next-generation technologies, systems and services needed in the package and parcel journey from the supply chain, order picking and packing all the way through to final delivery and returns.

This expo will focus exclusively on the future technologies, systems and services needed in the package and parcel journey from the supply chain, order picking and packing all the way through to final delivery and returns. Visitors are expected from across North America and will include decision makers and buyers from e-retailers, fulfillment companies, shippers, 3PLs, CPGs, grocery delivery firms, couriers, home delivery companies and postal services, among many others.

Overall, the event was good for our company. We were able to establish a lot of opportunities with potential partners. It did lack end users or shippers at the event. We were able to identify and close some new business within chippers but not as much as other trade shows. But again, overall, a good event.

Overall, it was a good event, a good venue, good lineup of the speakers and also exhibitors. There are two issues that I saw was I did not see many retailers who are essentially users of delivery services. I didn't see many of them attending and also generally the number of visitors was lower than what I expected several of the sessions. Specifically the talks there, we did not have many people in the audience, which was a little bit surprising. I don't know if it was due to the timing of the event or the way that the tracks were split or it was just a weaker promotion prior to the event. But those are the two areas that I would suggest that you guys work further on for future events.

What did you like best about the event?
The venue was good and there was a good number of EV manufacturers participating. Also, like the test drive that Bright drop had during the event
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More promotion to attract more visitors and speakers/exhibitors from retail segment

Overall a good show for us with some great conversations with some potential new partners but the show did lack end-user shippers.
What did you like best about the event?
We were able to meet new potential partners and identify synergies between companies that can lead to new opportunities for each company.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Drive more traffic to the exhibit hall floor. More events that are exclusive to vendors with non-competing hours. For example, my personal speaking event was at the same time as free drinks on the exhibitor floor which led to attendees having to choose one over the other.
