About Advanced Manufacturing Expo 2022
The Advanced Manufacturing Expo 2021 was a massive success! AME 2021 saw just under 3000 total bodies on site and over 5700 lead generated! Take a look at what AME 2021 had to offer (video below) and get ready for AME 2022!! Taking place in Grand Rapids MI, at the DeVos Place on August 11th and 12th, 2022. Great event! Looking forward to next year's.
It was easy to navigate (the spacing was good) and there were seating areas to have additional follow-up conversations or to get your laptop out if needed. The high-top tables throughout the space were also nice to be able to have conversations or stop and set your bag down, etc.
Perhaps a few more seating options out in the hallway for smaller conversations.
I was not able to attend any speaker sessions.

This was my first time attending the show and I was surprised by the lack of traffic at the event. The vendors were out in full force, but the customer portion seemed lacking.
Walking distance to the hotel. Did have a few solid customer engagements at our booth.
Improve the lunch quality (food wise); provide free coffee/soda/water for vendors; place higher chairs in booths to be used with the higher tables.

It was great to see new technologies, meet with customers, and get some new leads.
It was a really great show with lots of nice leads but we will always take more attendees.

Great show. Well attended. Great atmosphere.
There were more attendees than last year and people were sincerely looking for things.
Better food offerings although box lunches were great. Check-in was smooth but I would recommend larger font for nametags.

This was a good regional event that seemed to draw from western Michigan and Indiana, with a few attendees from Ohio.
Good venue, easy in and out, plenty of parking. Lots of space in the event hall. A good turnout of vendors.
Friday was pretty dead. Maybe a Wednesday or Thursday event would be better. Hotels seemed a little expensive near the Davos center considering its Grand Rapids.

Lots of solutions for industrial automation problems.
Event organizers clearly understand what it's like to exhibit and made life easy for us. The website had all the information about the schedule. Shipping and other requirements were well communicated. Registration was fast and easy with enough terminals for the crowd.
Perhaps ask exhibitors to have some online content that could be released during the event for those that want to attend, but were unable. Videos on showcased products, flyers, or interactive online content.

We had a 10 x 10 booth at the expo. This may not be the best fit for our business.
Well organized. Some good companies exhibiting, lots of education opportunities.
I did not like that there were educational events all day - it would be nice if there were times to have the show floor open, then a few hours for presentations that would allow the show floor to close to allow the exhibitors to attend the presentations. Also, the presentations we attended could have been better.

Zero foot traffic, Not one prospect or lead. Was able to see a couple of customers. For me, this was a waste of money.
Open floor, lots of room. Parking is good. Plenty of exhibitors. Registration was easy and separated from the main entrance.
Not sure. My understanding was there was plenty of advertisement. I think people who walk the floor should be interested in the trades and not walk around to pick up giveaways.

The networking and leads obtained were great and the attendance was impressive as well.
The booth setup was easy, the event was close to home, and the amount of vendors in attendance was impressive.
Friday was a bit slow and I feel as though the event could have ended around lunchtime instead of in the afternoon.

Great place to network with industry partners.
It was a great place to catch up with colleagues from other companies and talk with the competition.
More promotion to manufacturers in the region. The number of attendees was disappointing. Spent more time talking to other vendors and didn’t see as many attendees as expected.
