Informative topics and efficient use of time.
What did you like best about the event?
Forecasts and general market data. The economist was great, and the ability to use the information to help position for 24-25 was needed.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Do not have speakers who are emotionally driven to influence our industry—meaning it is not worth my time to listen to how our emotions affect our brand.

A great event that lets us stay connected to people in the electronics industry.
What did you like best about the event?
Always well-organized, the breakfasts, breaks, and cocktail hours were all nicely done.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
A bit less of the touchy-feely presentations and more information that can be easily shared with our organization. I'm there to hear about the state of the industry, the economics, etc, and while a couple of culture sessions are good, don't go overboard there.

Great topics, as well as networking. Several of the speakers were very weak. I saw more people working on laptops during several sessions than usual.
What did you like best about the event?
Networking. There were three really good speakers that tied their presentation to our industry and how it benefits. This is key.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Vet the speakers more. Be extremely adamant that they stay on topic. Give them more guidance on our industry and why you want them to speak about why. You might have to consider spending more money on a higher-quality speaker. Remember, the audience is C-level execs, and they need to find value in the topics and the speaker's content.

The industrial leading event
What did you like best about the event?
I like the speech from Riad Nizam (Master Electronics) about a company's culture.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It would be better to invite more speakers from industrial-related companies to share the best practices.

I found the event to be filled with interesting speakers and engaging colleagues.
What did you like best about the event?
The quality of the speakers was great. There is always a risk that one or two may not resonate with the attendees. I didn't feel that was the case with any of them. Additionally, the high quality of the speakers elevates the energy of those in attendance, and I felt the communication and idea-sharing benefited from the quality of the presentations.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The happy hours don't get the attention or attendance they deserve. I had great interaction at these on both nights. It would have been even better if it was well attended.
