It was an awesome event; the footfall was great, and the quality of conversations/leads we had was brilliant.

The footfall and the quality of the conversations we had were excellent—great opportunities to follow up on. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Better WIFI and we didn't receive any food vouchers; others did, so I was confused. We paid for a booth. Overall experience

Yeah, so it's a really good event. Great footfall, quality of attendees was great, good conversations, good leads and good opportunities to follow up on. So overall, I would say great event, definitely worth attending. The best event we've attended so far, but it is only January.17th Jan '24

It's a good event but always needs improvements.
What did you like best about the event?
Face time with partners is the most critical aspect for our business in attending. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Let us bring one guest into the VIP room as before. I booked a bunch of meetings and wasn't aware I could no longer bring a guest in, so we had to scramble to find somewhere to meet. More meeting spaces in general would also be great, as the "forum seating" area made it impossible to see who you were looking for. Also, the WiFi was once again very difficult to use and didn't always work. More affordable sponsorship opportunities would also be great, as we couldn't afford the private rooms. The app also needs improvement, as sometimes it doesn't update with meetings I booked (happened twice), or I don't receive messages in a timely manner. Lastly, I never know when breakfast, lunch, or any of the food events are happening, and I always miss them. Overall experience

It was wonderfully organized, with lots going on, but it ran like clockwork with a high caliber of attendees and a diverse range of relevant topics. Top stuff.
What did you like best about the event?
The networking supported by the app was very efficient and allowed for meetings that otherwise wouldn't have happened. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
My single request would be a 'Leads and Needs' board where you could pin a post, either virtually or, even better, a physical board, allowing attendees to state clearly what they are there for. The app is a little overwhelming and noisy. Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below

Excellent people/networking. The natural diversity of folks from all parts of the industry.
What did you like best about the event?
The space to have sit-down meetings in the VIP lounge for speakers and the convenience of location with proximity to restaurants and hotels for events. Working with Theresa was a highlight - she did an incredible job and made the process seamless (the best experience as a speaker I've had, even though I was just a small fry relegated to the pub demo stage). ;) What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Name tags names and company names should be much more significant. Bag check for day one and the last day would probably be a sponsor able thing in the venue and enable you to make money and give attendees value (big lines at participating hotels for bag check on the last day). The pub session in the middle of the floor was ok, but perhaps a slightly elevated platform would have given the speaker more attention. Overall experience

Beneficial and Networking-forward.
What did you like best about the event?
I loved that it was in the Ceasars Forum area - our space for the entire event. This made it personal without weaving through Las Vegas locals or casino goers. I also liked that it was connected to the hotel. It was straightforward to get to and from the event. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I did not like how "segregated" it felt. Between the particular VIP areas, the sessions are only available to those who paid the most money... It made the event's culture and the organizers seem not inclusive or friendly. Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below
I personally liked the panels, especially the Affiliate Tracking 2024 session. Overall experience

Great Networking Experience
What did you like best about the event?
The connections and networking opportunities were amazing. There were a lot of different companies to speak with and make important connections. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
There needs to be a buffer time in between meetings. It was impossible to be on time for every session when things were back-to-back and were so spread out at the conference. Plus, the Forum Foyer setup was extremely messy, and it was hard to find the person you were meeting with. I would recommend having more meeting rooms than offering that as a meeting spot in the future. Overall experience

Affiliate Summit West was great - we met multiple potential partners with whom we'll collaborate one way or another.
What did you like best about the event?
I liked that there was an app for scheduling meetings. The concept itself was great - to book sessions in advance or to go with the flow during the conference and meet people naturally. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Not everyone used the ASW app, so pushing it even further would be great. Also, maybe a "speed dating" idea for meetings would be great. Overall experience
