Positive and knowledgable experience.
What did you like best about the event?
As a first-time attendee and recent college grad, I am grateful for the opportunity to network with people that have more experience in the business field. I learned so much from asking questions and listening to the pannel interviews.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The only thing that I can add is having a bigger space next time. Everything seemed a bit squished together.

Great Event - Valuable Content
What did you like best about the event?
Exceptionally articulate and knowledgeable speakers. The networking was top notch - well run, organized and on time. Packed schedule but easily managed. Deep dives on content were appreciated as well.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I wish there was a way to provide better summaries of the sponsors up front - in digital, it can be hard to know exactly what each booth did - lots of buzz words but I wanted to translate more into clear objectives so I could better target who to speak with.

Great event for small to large B2B companies
What did you like best about the event?
B2B Online 2022 was very well organized and put together. Part of the event had general seminars and others gave you a choice of seminars
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think more time available to spend in the booth room would be helpful. We had to skip one seminar to make time to hit the vendor booths.

The women's breakfast was a nice addition and gave an opportunity for low key networking

Great place to meet new people and learn about innovations in the digital space
What did you like best about the event?
Seeing actual improvements and innovations being used by others along with their real KPI results. Also, the fact that this meeting is geared toward manufacturers and wholesalers, which makes every discussion applicable to what we are doing.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Time should be built in to accommodate questions and answers - often there is real learning that comes from these interactions.

The Beacon discussion was very insightful. They shared actual changes and then the roadmap for where their next changes would focus. Love that they tied their presentation to what they learned from their customers and the end users.

Learned a lot from industry leaders and took many actionable items back to the office
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the keynotes, but also really enjoyed the breakout sessions where we got down in the weeds on certain topics that are important to my organization.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
We could have definitely used more seating in the main conference room for the keynotes. I also missed some communications on special invites and private sessions that I would have like to attend. It seems attendance may have been higher than expected and many sessions were full.

I was hoping for more of a cutting edge approach to the sessions. I have been in the field for awhile so most of the sessions were not new to me.
What did you like best about the event?
The vendors that attended in the exhibit hall were relevant. I was able to locate several vendors that we will be considering and hopefully moving forward with.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The lunches all contained nuts - we have a person on our staff that is allergic so we went out to eat. Allergies, special diets, etc. should be taken into consideration. Fewer roundtables/fire side chats - most were not informative. Would like to see more "how to" and cutting edge. The additional events that you were required to be selected for may have been good, but no one had gotten back to me about being invited however, they were listed on my badge. The downside to that was I didn't know what the color blocks meant until one of the staff told me where to go when I came out of the main conference room.

It was a good conference that you could tailor your experience to what you wanted to get out of it.
What did you like best about the event?
I liked the different tracks you could take as well as the different networking events.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The font size on the presentations were too small and couldn't be read from the back of the room. It was very difficult to tell what events you had been invited to (couldn't figure out the color squares anywhere after registration). Having what you were invited to in the app would have been extremely helpful.

I liked the sessions where speakers shared details from their own experiences, including specifics and frameworks. I thought that the attendees were great and very engaged.

A very solid show!
What did you like best about the event?
Keynotes. In particular, Marta Dalton had a lot of valuable information and insights. Matt Gorniak was a solid person to have kick things off! Ed Kennedy was not only funny but smart.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Anything which drives attendees to the exhibitor area is a good thing for us. I think this event did a pretty good job of making that happen.

Great event, could be more engaging
What did you like best about the event?
Overall very well run event - great content, flow, refreshments, management and more.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
1. Some of the presenters were pretty "rusty" on their presentations skills - great content, but hard to absorb when presented poorly. Recommend required run-throughs with each to ensure they are well practiced. 2. Encourage the presenters to be more engaging with the audience. Nearly every presentation was just speaking at the audience the full time with maybe a minute or two for Q&A - better to ask for participation throughout to get audience conversations started as well. 3. I suggest setting up your tracks (or at least indicating on each presentation) something like "beginner/intermediate/advanced" in attendee's digital journey so someone who is well on their way doesn't spend their time learning about how to get it off the ground, or vice versa. 4. Encourage sponsors to better define who they are/what they do on the TV screens and in the tradeshow - we heard from some of them, which helped, but based solely on their company name, it was difficult to tell what they did and therefore if there would be any use in my conversing with them.

Good, chunking the topics to keep moving and awake was key.

The short sessions and the panel discussions hearing about others experiences. Learning tricks for getting into the eCommerce space successfully.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Not start on a Monday morning, makes traveling difficult. I had to travel Sunday to make the 7:30 am start time on Monday.

The conference was well organized with a variety of presenters across many b2b & manufacturing businesses. It was great to attend something tailored specifically to this market. The information was relevant and shared as real life experiences from some well known brands.
What did you like best about the event?
The option to attend different tracks based upon what was most fitting for your B2B online journey. There was something for those just beginning the transformation to digital as well as advanced presentations for those looking to elevate their platform and experience.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would have liked more communication prior to the event. I did not learn about the app until the first day. Would have been great to be aware ahead of time to take full advantage of it.
