We were pleasantly surprised by the BOE. The arrangement of the stands was better than in previous years. Finally, all the MICE service providers were in close proximity to each other and logically placed thematically.
What did you like best about the event?
The preparation of the fair, the exhibitor placement, and the "banishment" of the artists to a separate hall.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The checkroom situation was a disaster. The 2 euro cost per item was unusual for the industry; the queue was very long (both during the day and in the evening), and at the end, checkroom items were also mixed up. The evening event was far too expensive, especially for the service (food and glasses ran out). You got the impression that you were paying for the award ceremony.

Lots of positive insights and lots of interesting exhibitors.
What did you like best about the event?
There was really everything you needed to consider on the topic, and the halls were very well divided.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think the event marketing wasn't the best. I know many people from the event industry who don't know this trade fair at all.

Nice, a little bit smaller than expected, but friendly people and good speakers.
What did you like best about the event?
I really enjoyed the KI-Focus and meeting everyone attending the event.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More Focused Rooms for Event organizers (because that is our main focus). But all in all, it was an excellent event.

Great trade show - let's get bigger names!
What did you like best about the event?
Atmosphere & spirit, many future-oriented topics at the different stages, BOE night was great entertainment.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Bigger names/companies, better food at the cafeteria (even people like healthy food, too).

Good networking opportunity but not future-oriented.
What did you like best about the event?
The networking opportunities are great, but despite the name "BOE International," there are not really international exhibitors or topics.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The future topics are not present. The event is the same as eight years ago during my last visit. Sustainability is no topic at all from the organizer's side.
